A tall and unusual architectural designed Bolection style fireplace in Portland Roach stone, known for its heavy fossil content. The frame with a gentle curved moulding and the header cut with a dog ear finish, typical of the period. The inner panels with a moulding and stood on separate foot blocks. English Circa 1780
