19th Century cast iron and brass. Art Nouveau coal Scuttle Cast iron and brass coal scuttle with a beautiful flower and leaf design. The coal is accessed by lifting the brass lid to reach the boat shaped coal hod with the brass shovel. This is a very heavy and sturdy piece, it is in sound condition, showing only a small fissure on the decorative base, this is stable The Scuttle is 13” high, 21” long and 12” wide.
