Natural materials bring an environment to life with their asymmetrical ratio, organic forms and uneven structures. The traces left behind by weathering and aging tell us a stor y about the heritage which lies within. Environmental conditions such as temperature, humidity, light and air have an influence on the form and color of the tree slice and add a new layer to its histor y. The maker leaves his signature by emphasizing the natural patterns of ner ves and lines with careful craftsmanship. The user will also contribute to the histor y of the table, by simply using it and leaving traces of use.
