Vintage Design

A Regency style fireplace in "Old English" pencil veined Carrara marble and an English Devon marble called Silver Leigh from Buckfastleigh. The pilaster jambs of the Devon and Carrara with carved capital mouldings and carved roundel corner blocks. The simple frieze of Silver leigh with the conforming Carrara moulding beneath. The shelf simple above. A well drawn piece with warm colours and architectural design English 19th century Opening sizes 94cm w X 91cm h.
