Pretty and decorative Italian ceramic teapot enamelled; The shape is very pleasant, the whole body and the lid are hand-painted with delicate and graceful small flowers with pleasant and attractive colors; The handle and the particular knob are golden with zecchino gold; The interior is colored with a flamboyant orange color; It was handcrafted, in a beautiful Arts and Crafts style, between 1946 and 1949 in the furnaces of the company S.A.C.A.S. As can be deduced from the written in gold shown on the bottom of the teapot. The company Sacas was a manufacturing company of artisanal ceramics that was active in Civita Castellana in the province of Viterbo in Lazio (Italy) between 1940 and 1950. The small town has a millenary artistic history with Etruscan and Roman influences, they were produced Excellent glazed ceramic and terracotta products; Nowadays in Civita Castellana is produced 70% of Italian health ceramics. Our teapot is discreetly preserved, reports signs and defects of use and vintage, small signs of various marginal wear as visible in the photos. Measures width cm.26, depth cm.17, height cm.13.
