Round Bronze Patina Brown entitled ''The Child and the Blind'', signed the Sculptor Marseillaise Berthe Girardet (1861 - 1948).
A blind, holding a stick which serves as a guide builds on the shoulder of a child. It reaches out to beg or beg for help.
We can note the contrast of the expressions on the faces of two characters: the old, infirm, displays a closed air while the child offers a welcoming establishment Playful and mine.
The drapery of their clothes falling skillfully to base, signed, and marked the stamp Foundry ''L. Gatti''.
