Black Loggia Terrazzo Side Table by Matteo Leorato Dimensions: Diameter 38 x H 45 cm Materials: Terrazzo (Marble and Resin). Also available in White. Please contact us for more information. An essential element with a strong stylistic impact that evokes classic and basic lines of Greco-floman architecture, which have influenced the history of the applied arts in the following years. The elements are made in "terrazzo". A material, traditionally used in the Renaissance for the paving of the noble palaces, here is reinterpreted in the third dimension. Made of marble and resin grit, Loggia is now available in different color finishing and in different shades and sizes. Loggia is an architectural feature that is a covered exterior gallery or Corridor usually on an upper level, or sometimes ground level. The outer wall is open to the elements, usually supported by a series of columns or arches. Loggias can be located either on the front or side of a building and are not meant for entrance but as an out-of-door sitting room. MATTEO LEORATO After a collaboration in the “western” New York, with a fondness for product design and following a strong desire to meet the Orient, just after the degree, he left for Guangzhou (China) where he spent several months with an Italian architecture studio as coordinator of the Chinese headquarter. Next, he return to Italy, he began several projects with companies coming from his territory and focusing on aspects such as communication, branding, marketing, and web strategy. At present, he is living in Barcelona where he's both collaborating with Italian and Spanish companies.
