We are delighted to offer this lovely circa 1890-1900 late Victorian burr walnut jewellery box table with mirrored top, velour lining and glass sorting / display shelf A very good looking well made and decorative piece, as you can see and read it’s a jewellery box table, the idea being you keep your jewellery inside and when you wish to try pieces on you can lay them out on the glass shelf and look in the mirror which is behind the top of the table. It has been deep cleaned, hand condition waxed and hand polished, there may be the odd tiny little transport or patina mark here or there but mostly its in very very fine order
Dimensions: Height:- 69cm Width:- 49cm Depth:- 41cm. Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point. Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of creasing and wear, we recommend annual waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
