We are delighted to offer for sale this lovely Maitland-Smith stack of Scholars books coffee table with twin drawers A well made and decorative piece, the table has two drawers, the top is a single the base is a double, its modelled on as mentioned a stack of books, I’ve never seen this particular colour before The table has been cleaned waxed and polished, it has an indentation on one of the drawers, some bubbling in one corner and various other age and use related patina marks, none of which detract from the charming overall look and feel Dimensions Height 42.5cm Width 89cm Depth 69cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
