Converse can be an emblem of individualism, a rejection of the mainstream. They become evidence of a life lived. That’s what gives them their soul and makes them a portrait of their owner.” German American photographer, Michael Schachtner, began his career as an Art Director at Saatchi & Saatchi in New York, where in his first year he won a coveted Cannes Lion Award. Since then, Michael has won awards from several major advertising festivals including Cannes, ADC NY, Clio Awards and One Show, and has also worked for other prestigious agencies Y&R and BBH. In 2009 Michael was ranked one of the Top 50 Young Creatives in the world by the Art Directors Club NY. Michael now focuses on his photographic work, working mostly for advertising agencies in New York. His personal series, ‘Converse’ were first shown when he was selected as one of the finalists in the 2012 ‘Peaches & Cream Photography Awards Exhibition’, held in conjunction with Millennium Images.

A wooden crate may be used for intercontinental shipments for maximum protection.
Item will be left in its packaging after delivery.
