Handcrafted brass sheet sculpture, made in Italy. It depicts an elephant head in detail, offering a sophisticated interpretation of it. Made from high-quality brass and meticulously crafted using the repoussé and chasing technique, this sculpture adds a touch of grandeur and charm to any setting.
The repoussé and chasing technique involves creating a three-dimensional area roughly with the desired design or decoration. Then, from the opposite side, properly supported with black pitch, it is chased and re-chased until the desired design is achieved.
