Marine signed Emile NOIROT , dated 1893" Large oil on canvas " marine " located at Le Brusc in the Var , signed Emile Noirot ( 1853-1924 ) dated 1893. This painter from Roanne has an immense work nourished by his travels in France and Italy. He was very attached to his native region which he represented a lot; he was influenced by the Barbizon school, he was an outdoor painter. He exhibited at the World's Fair in Paris and in 1893 at the World's Fair in Chicago. He was painter of the department of the navy in 1899. Dimensions: 1 m long and 0,60 m high.
