This is a traditional Kitchen table, the square legs have been lowered to make it into a Coffee Table
The table has a Pine Plank top, it is very sound and sturdy.

As to condition, this table is very sturdy, there are no loose joints or wobbles but the wood has natural distressing
The table is 34” wide, 48” long and 20” high
