Purho is a new protagonist of made in Italy design, a work of synthesis, a research that has lasted for years, an Italian soul and an international character, thematic collections of Murano glass objects, designed by great designers, made by great glass masters. Purho expresses the identity and the original vocation of design: to create “fairytale objects”, vases, lights, glasses and other glasses capable of living forever in space and time in a correct, magical and ultra-functional way. Purho was born from an untouchable, divine concept-word, purity, contaminated by Material factors, earth, air, fire, water, enriched by the human factor, that h which indicates humanitas, i.e. transience, perfection of imperfection, uniqueness. Purho is the materialization of an aspiration, a tension towards imperfect perfection, that is, a radically, profoundly human drive.
