It was created between 1930 and 1935 in a craft workshop in the district of Nancy (France), famous for its high concentration of factories and artisans specializing in crystal work (Daum, Baccarat, Saint Louis, etc.); crystal with a percentage of more than 30 percent lead oxide ( a material, developed in England by George Ravenscroft in the second half of the 17th century), which is very bright and transparent, was used in its making.
