Water jug -so -called gargoulette or glazed earth kid - Terracotta - used formerly to get water in the well and keep it fresh. Made in the 19th century around 1800-1850, with yellow glaze on slip, beautiful green drips and petrified drops on the edge of the opening. Perfect condition with the few classic defects of time without much consequence. These yellow pots are characteristic of the south - west of France and Provence.
