extremely ornate very solid writing table desk with drawers on both sides and ornately gold giltwood carved Griffons A very well made and decorative piece, the griffons are just about as lovely and decorative as you could possibly hope to find. This piece is modelled after RJ Horner whose works include some of the most substantial and important desks ever crafted This desk is as solid as they come, it does not come apart and has been made to last, we have slightly cleaned waxed and polished it from top to bottom, there are some and use and transport patina marks here and there but they are very very small Dimensions: Height 79.5cm, under desk height 63 cm Width 183 cm Depth 102cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point Condition Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
