Raising always conceptual questions about painting and sculpture, Jordi’s work discuss about the basic materials and gestures of the trade of being an artist. The techniques, the spaces, the inspiration. Everything is questioned but always in a ludic and metaphorical way. In this way, Jordi Alcaraz establish, through his works, an innedit, surprising and metaphoric relationship with the world. Everything through a very different language in which the visual transgression prevails over the meanings and the game between different gazes, the transparencies and the holes allow us to see magic and hidden spaces.
