Stylized and mythological small bronze sculpture depicting a baby boy embracing a fish. Designed and studio cast by German Sculptor Karl Josef Hoffmann (1925-59) during the 1940s or 1950s. Signed KJH to the side. Measurements: H 14 x D 10 x W 7 cm. Well-kept and clean condition with light superficial ware and patina consistent with age.
