We delighted to offer for sale this lovely and very rare bronze head of a Russian Priest with a paper label from the very famous James Bourlet & Son's LTD This head is beautifully sculpted, it's so tactile, you can feel the artist's hands in every line, the expression is so serene The piece isn't signed which isn't uncommon, its slightly larger than life-size although some Russians are quite big and it could be taken from a life cast Dimensions: Height 33 cm Width 23 cm Depth 23 cm Please note all measurements are taken at the widest point.. Condition: Please view the very detailed pictures as they form part of the description around condition Please note vintage period and original items such as leather seating will always have natural patina in the form of cracking creasing and wear, we recommend regular waxing to ensure no moisture is lost, also hand dyed leather is not recommended to sit in direct sunlight for prolonged periods of time as it will dry out and fade.
