Magda Peace by Kokian Circa 2019 Mixed art 100X 100 115 x 115 with box frame drop thick French artist born in 1971, he is one of the heirs of the Bad Painting expressionist movement. After growing up in Burma and then in Morocco it was in France that he exercised his first talents by tagging the streets of Paris and it was when he went to New York in 1995 that the style that would become his was revealed to him. It is with colorful patterns of women, his “Kokianas”, flowers and winks to masters of painting such as Picasso, Matisse, Haring, Warhol, Van Gogh or Vermeer that he conducts exhibitions in New York, Moscow and the Middle East in particular. His paintings deal with the subjects of society where he communicates his truth without ever imposing it. A true witness of his time, it is a real balance that he finds between his messages and the aestheticism of his paintings. One thing is certain, not by chance in his creations, everything is thought to the millimeter. His paintings are vibrant, crying, where one finds most often an icon encompassed of words and colors... KOKIAN will propose on the occasion of the Art Fair Dijon a selection of works specially created for the show. Delivery will take place between 9am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.
A wooden crate may be used for intercontinental shipments for maximum protection.
Item will be left in its packaging after delivery.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
