This high-quality studio ceramic art vase was created by the German ceramist Josef Höhler (1909-1964) in Friedrichroda, Gotha which is located in the Thuringia region of East Germany. Josef Höhler had his own studio in the GDR, which was later transferred to a VEB (Volkseigener Betrieb) by the state. Even as an artist in the GDR his work was still characterized by the Bauhaus tradition.

A wooden crate may be used for intercontinental shipments for maximum protection.
Item will be left in its packaging after delivery.
A signature will be required upon delivery.
