The history of Murano glass working dates back to the Middle Ages. Because of its particular position off Venice and expertise especially handicraft is one of the artistic glass production centers in Europe. This beautiful vase facets, alternating between purple and full transparency is a good illustration of the expertise of Murano glassmakers. It is a piece decorative bright and colored.

The Sommerso vase is glass and colored glass. It is in beautiful condition, some very discreet traces of use are visible.
