The artwork represents a poetic mystic scene by mastery, the harmony of Nature and human in the darkness. Maurice Raphaël Drouart: born in Choisy-le-Roi on 25 December 1884 and died on 8 April 1972 in Nogent-sur-Marne, is a French painter, engraver and illustrator. In 1931, Drouart released an album containing 26 engravings, which he had made in the 1920s.
