The work is part of an important stream of American art praising the native landscape and nature, which is an extraordinary American heritage. This type of work is characterized by monumentalism, which is to show the majesty and beauty of untouched nature.

The photo shows one of the most famous Canadian waterfalls - Bridal Fall, the iconic waterfall of this region (Fraser Valley). It is located in the southwest of Canada, near Vancouver, close to the border with the United States.

Raymond Anderson chose the frame brilliantly, showing the waterfall from a distance. This allowed him to capture the magnitude of the waterfall, which seems to be only a small streak among the masses of rocks. The original technique of developing photos allowed to show wonderful tonal transitions, subtle whites and deep dark colors, and above all, the diversity of structures - from roughness and sharpness of rocks, through structures of leaves and needles of trees, to a delicate mist of water.

The photograph was framed in an individually selected black frame with a wide passe partout emphasizing the composition.
