Very elegant rectangular shaped Mid-Century Modern Brass Bar Cart / Drinks Trolley or Side Table, France, 1950s.

This beautifully preserved table on small wheels is not only stylish but also highly functional! Its compact size makes it ideal as a versatile accent piece—whether beside your sofa, bed, as a small coffee table, side table, or drinks trolley.

The eternal question: to polish or not to polish? While unpolished brass also has its charm, we chose to polish this bar cart to clear away the dust. The polished brass reveals a stunning patina, and over time, it will naturally darken again!

The trolley features a brass frame with two sturdy ceramic shelves, which add a nice weight and balance. If you prefer, the ceramic shelves can be replaced with glass, but we find the original ceramic gives the piece its unique character and durability. They also add a nice weight to the trolley.
