Vintage Serbian Pirot kilim, woven in the town of Pirot, Often sold by rug dealers as Turkish or gocmen kilim meaning migrant, referring to Balkan origin of the kilim. This kilim is an example of the high finely woven standard often sourced from this region. There are small blemishes and signs of faint colour run but those do not distract from the fine detailing of this lovely and bright kilim.
